Have you ever considered driving a steel stake into the ground and then securing the post as opposed to digging a hole?

This has been considered, but not used since over time (as little as a month) the post will begin to lean. This does not allow the sign to represent the real estate company in the most professional manner. The sign is often a potential buyers first impression of the real estate professional and we want to make sure that it is a positive impression.
